01 The Coaching Process
Personal coaching can help you meet the goals and desires you have for your personal life and/or business when you take the time to develop a solid relationship with your coach. The coach’s objective is to motivate you and hold you accountable for achieving your goals. From an outside perspective, a coach may be able to see areas of concern that you are not yet able to discern, raising your awareness of new ways to handle the challenges you face.
02 My Coaching Philosophy
“I read between the lines, hear beyond your words, and see beyond your physical state, helping you navigate a clearer pathway to the life you want.”
My aim is to help you understand your driving WHY and create the life you desire. I help you become more aware of how your personal, professional, and external worlds relate, so they can co-exist in harmony. This relationship requires transparency and truth at all times. It also calls for communication, dedication, and consistent work. With the right structures in place, you will learn what to focus on and how to make the most of your time.
03 What is Expected of the Client
Step into your leadership and know what you desire. Attend each session on time and ready to work, taking responsibility for the work you do, and the work you choose not to do. Be open to shifts in your goals as the coaching process evolves. Coaches are impartial, not judgmental. They will ask the tough questions and expect honest answers, because growth requires both. You retain the right to decide which topics to cover and to step back from any subject you do not wish to explore further.
04 What is Expected of the Coach
The coach listens carefully to you and your experience and your goals, working within those parameters as much as possible. Each session aims to work through setbacks, clarify goals through practical exercises, and identify concrete action items to keep you moving forward.
05 Coaching Code of Ethics
As your coach, I agree to abide by the following:
*I will not misrepresent my knowledge or expertise, and will be transparent about my education, certifications, and qualifications.
