Real People. Real Change.
Every person comes to this work with a different story.
Some are navigating their health.
Others are questioning relationships, direction, identity or what they want next. Some understand their patterns deeply, yet know that understanding alone hasn’t created the change they’re looking for.
Here you’ll find stories, conversations and reflections from people I’ve had the privilege of working with privately and through retreats in New Zealand and internationally.

FEATURED CLIENT STORY
“I walked past the fertility clinic, my shoulder's dropped by chest opened and I thought F#%K you, I got what I wanted”
KIRSTEN – NEW ZEALAND
Kirsten had two children and knew she was destined for a third. After 6 miscarriages she was told she was too old at 43, would need IVF and medications. Even a clairvoyant said no. This is her story of natural conception and birth
Learning to trust herself when the voices around her said otherwise.
At 43, Kirsten had already been given plenty of reasons to believe that having another baby might not happen. She had been told that age was against her, that she should be happy because she already had two children, and that IVF would likely be required if she wanted to conceive again.
Even a clairvoyant had told her that three children were not in the cards.
But Kirsten still had a deep desire for another child, and something within her kept telling her there might be another way.
Looking beneath what couldn't be explained
When Kirsten first came into my world in August 2021, she had already experienced five miscarriages.
She had two healthy children, but the desire for a third remained. Doctors had not been able to give her a clear explanation for the repeated pregnancy losses. She had also been advised that if she became pregnant again, medication including injections and steroids might be recommended because of a potential genetic issue.
Kirsten had been working with a functional doctor who suggested she also explore her emotional health. That resonated with her. She already had a strong intuition that there could be emotional experiences worth exploring, even before she had experienced this work for herself.
Kirsten began with one of my group programmes and became pregnant during that time.
When that pregnancy ended in another miscarriage, her sixth, she made the decision not to walk away from the work.
Instead, she chose to go deeper.
She continued exploring the emotional experiences and patterns she felt she had never fully processed. She kept showing up, listening and working with what arose, even when it was difficult.
Building evidence for herself
Kirsten was also managing low thyroid function and had previously recorded a thyroid stimulating hormone, or TSH, level of 5.5. She had been on and off medication and wanted to continue exploring her health with her practitioners.
After around eight weeks of emotional work, I suggested she attend a Vipassana meditation retreat.
Kirsten was a full-time mother with two young children, so leaving home for ten days without contact was a significant undertaking. But she found a way to make it happen.
When she later had her thyroid markers retested, her TSH was below 2.0 while she was not taking thyroid medication at that time.
For Kirsten, seeing that result became personally significant. It strengthened her sense that her health was not necessarily fixed or static and gave her greater confidence as she moved into the next stage of her journey.
Pregnant again
Soon afterwards, Kirsten became pregnant again.
We continued working together, with particular attention on the period between seven and ten weeks of pregnancy, because this was the window in which she had experienced her previous losses.
Understandably, those earlier experiences had created a strong expectation of loss. As she approached the same stage again, fear and uncertainty were very present.
This time, however, Kirsten had already spent months developing tools for recognising what she was feeling, processing emotions and responding differently when fear arose.
She moved beyond the point at which her previous pregnancies had ended and continued through the pregnancy.
Making decisions from trust rather than fear
During the pregnancy, Kirsten was also faced with decisions about medication and monitoring.
She had been advised that daily blood-thinning injections could be appropriate. Rather than making decisions solely from fear, Kirsten explored the options available to her, discussed them with her healthcare providers and continued paying close attention to what felt right for her.
Ultimately, she did not use the medication that had been dispensed and returned it to the pharmacy.
The final five weeks of pregnancy brought another series of challenges. Kirsten was told that her baby appeared to have stopped growing and that early induction might be necessary.
This was where so much of the work Kirsten had already done became useful.
She knew her previous babies had also been constitutionally small. Rather than automatically assuming the worst, she asked questions, advocated for herself and worked closely with her maternity team to understand what the monitoring was showing.
When concerns arose around blood pressure or other markers, she continued with further assessment and conversations with her healthcare team rather than immediately defaulting to fear.
Kirsten eventually reached 39 weeks, as she had hoped, and gave birth to a healthy baby boy.
The moment everything came full circle
Months later, Kirsten walked past the fertility clinic where she had once been told IVF would be necessary.
She shared the moment with our group:
“I felt my shoulders go back. I felt space in my throat, space in my chest. I did a little happy dance and thought, F!#K you. I got what I wanted.” — Kirsten
It wasn't simply about proving somebody else wrong.
It represented how differently Kirsten now related to herself. She had spent years hearing external opinions about what was or wasn't possible, yet throughout the process she had learned to ask questions, seek appropriate medical guidance and still listen deeply to herself.
More than having another baby
Kirsten's story is ultimately about much more than the arrival of her third child.
It is about the woman she became throughout the process.
She learned how to meet fear without automatically allowing it to make her decisions. She learned to advocate for herself, question assumptions and stay connected to what she wanted even when the outcome was uncertain.
Most importantly, she had begun doing that work before the most difficult moments arrived.
So when challenges did arise, she wasn't starting from scratch. She had a foundation to return to.
For Kirsten, that foundation became trust: in herself, in her ability to navigate uncertainty, and in her capacity to make thoughtful decisions about what came next.

SUSAN HARRINGTON – MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
From diagnosis to a different relationship with her health, emotions and life.
After a series of ongoing health challenges and a devastating cancer diagnosis, Susan sought out an alternative path to recovery — one that would not only address her physical health, but set in motion a profound transformation within her. This is Susan’s journey of emotional processing, complementary approaches and the choices she made alongside her medical care.
Susan recognises that a defining moment in her life was the tragic loss of her husband in a car accident. At just 23, she was left widowed and raising three children on her own. Despite this, Susan created a stable and loving environment for herself and her children, and she describes those early years as happy and healthy.
Around 15 years ago, however, a cascade of health issues began to emerge — shingles, Bell’s palsy and fibromyalgia, all exacerbated by the stress of work and relationships. In 2015, Susan was also diagnosed with Graves’ disease. Her doctor told her she was facing lifelong medication, something she resisted at the time as she began exploring dietary changes and complementary approaches.
“I was told the only way to fix it was to take a tablet, but I knew that was not the way I wanted to go.” — Susan
The gradual improvement Susan experienced strengthened her interest in exploring complementary approaches alongside conventional medicine. However, she continued to struggle with fibromyalgia and recurrent shingles.
After experiencing a severe reaction following an ice bath and breathwork session, Susan underwent a series of medical tests. She was aware of a lump in her breast that had been there for some time and had not previously been considered a cause for concern. Further investigation revealed that it now required urgent attention.
Susan subsequently received a diagnosis of HER2-positive breast cancer. Her oncology team recommended treatment including Herceptin, chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. Faced with significant decisions about her treatment, Susan began researching extensively and considering how she wanted to approach both her medical care and her overall wellbeing.
Discovering holistic healing
Susan’s journey led her to Hope4Cancer, a clinic in Mexico offering a range of complementary and holistic approaches. Its focus on physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing resonated with Susan and her desire to explore her health from multiple perspectives.
Her initial three-week stay involved an intensive schedule of treatments and gave Susan an opportunity to explore factors she felt were relevant to her wellbeing, including nutrition, stress and the impact of past experiences.
Back home, Susan faced the challenge of integrating what she had learned into everyday life. It required considerable commitment and at times placed strain on relationships around her.
Six months later, another MRI showed that the tumour had grown and was nearly double its previous size. Susan continued working with her medical team while considering the treatment decisions that felt right for her.
Embracing emotional processing
It was at this point that Susan got in touch with me. She wanted to explore more deeply the emotional experiences, beliefs and patterns that had accompanied her health journey.
With several members of Susan’s family having experienced cancer, she recognised that she had developed a powerful expectation around cancer within her family and wanted to explore the impact this was having on her emotionally.
Through our one-to-one MetaCancer work, we explored grief, past experiences, relationships, stress and the emotions Susan had carried over many years. We also looked at the emotional impact of previous health challenges and the loss of her husband.
The work gave Susan a practical way to recognise what she was feeling, experience and process emotions as they arose, and become more aware of how she responded to stress.
“Emotionally, it was very tough. I used to fear my appointments with Jin, but it wasn’t long before I started to really look forward to them because it was so powerful.” — Susan
The turning point
Susan describes the emotional work as transformative. Alongside the many other changes she was making, she began to feel more vibrant and increasingly confident in making decisions about her health.
Susan ultimately chose to begin Herceptin treatment without chemotherapy. A subsequent MRI showed a reduction in the size of the tumour. She continued making treatment decisions in consultation with her medical team while maintaining the emotional and complementary practices that had become important to her.
“I think that’s why I resonated with your work: you teach people the tools to continue helping themselves. There is so much to the work you do, and it’s developing procedures or ways to recognise emotions within your body and then knowing how to deal with them.” — Susan
A new relationship with herself
Susan’s later CT and PET scans resulted in what her oncology team described as “no evidence of disease”.
Susan still considers herself on a journey. What has changed profoundly is the way she relates to herself, her emotions and the decisions she makes about her life. She describes feeling stronger, more aware of what she is experiencing and better equipped to meet whatever comes next.
“I’m more attuned to my feelings and my body’s signals when I’m going through issues. I’m also more aware of others and how my behaviour affects not just me. I feel more positive about the direction I’m heading, and I’m very grateful for everything I’ve been able to do to heal myself as a whole.” — Susan

"Open yourself as much as you can to the process and harness it. The more that you work through the process on an open basis with a free spirit and free mind, the more you are going to benefit, and your life will change all for the better."
CLAUS BREWER – NEW ZEALAND
From scepticism to greater clarity, awareness and understanding.
If you had asked Claus Brewer 12 months earlier whether he would be working with someone around emotional processing, he probably would have told you there was no chance.
The Auckland-based dad of three has always been open to learning and self-development, though. So when his wife Emily experienced the impact of working with me, Claus became curious enough to give it a go himself.
Outwardly, many aspects of Claus' life were going well. He worked for a global logistics company in a role involving the leasing and selling of warehousing logistics both on and offshore. Outside of work, his three young boys kept life full.
Inwardly, however, there was grief that had remained with Claus since losing his younger brother when he was 19. His brother Scotty was just 16 when he passed away from an enlarged heart.
Claus felt his family had grieved as best they could at the time. But as his own sons grew older, he began seeing reminders of Scotty in them. Familiar mannerisms and characteristics started bringing emotions back to the surface.
“I've always been open about Scotty, and my boys know about him. Seeing my sons get older and start to look like my brother, with the same mannerisms and characteristics, brought up a lot of emotions for me.” — Claus
He began to recognise there might be more there that he wanted to explore.
Seeing the change at home
Claus had already seen the effect this work could have through his wife, Emily.
“After my wife did the coaching with Jin, I saw how it made us better as a family. I thought it was amazing, but I didn't really understand what the process was. So I thought the best way to understand what Emily was doing was to do the course with Jin myself.” — Claus
The timing coincided with Claus realising he was ready to look more closely at his own grief rather than assuming that because it belonged to the past, it had already been dealt with.
His willingness to learn allowed him to engage deeply with the work. Having completed plenty of professional development through his career, Claus was comfortable with learning a process and then putting it into practice.
A different kind of awareness
One of the biggest shifts for Claus was developing greater awareness of what was happening internally when emotions or reactions arose.
“I found I was able to take better control of my day-to-day life. I found an awareness that wasn't there before. Now I have more clarity, more focus and a better understanding of what's happening with me and why.” — Claus
Rather than simply reacting to an experience or not knowing why something had affected him, Claus now had a process he could return to and use for himself.
That practical element particularly resonated with him. As someone who works in logistics, he appreciated having something clear and structured that he could apply when he needed it.
“The process that you work through with Jin was something I found to be very effective. If I'm triggered or if something happens, I can easily go back through what Jin has taught me.” — Claus
What began partly as curiosity about the work his wife had experienced became an opportunity for Claus to understand himself differently, process grief he recognised was still present and develop tools he could continue using long after the coaching itself.
1:1 CLIENT EXPERIENCES
Private work. Personal Experiences.
These are the stories of people who have worked with me privately for a range of reasons, from physical symptoms and emotional patterns to relationships, life transitions, identity and deeper purpose.
"I used to feel like I was surviving, and now I feel like I am thriving and ready for the next level. It’s a beautiful synergy and a place where you can be honest, and there is no judgement. I wish I had done this sooner."and started living.”
CARLA JONES – SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
"I saw three different doctors and they didn't have an answer for me. In my heart, I knew there was something deeper I needed to get to. I never realised how much emotional baggage I hadn't fully worked through."
AMY GRIFFITH – PENNSYLVANIA, USA
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
From surviving to thriving, with a clearer sense of who she was and what she wanted next.
“Colourful” is the adjective Sydneysider Carla Jones uses to describe her eventful life.
From being raised as a Jehovah’s Witness, in an environment she refers to as “a cult”, to raising a beautiful yet challenging special-needs child, Carla had carried some deep and uncomfortable emotions.
Those emotions began rising more strongly to the surface when she experienced postnatal depression after welcoming her second child, a son with additional needs.
“When he was born, I realised that he was going to need my help, and my husband’s help, all of his life. It just sounded way too hard. I thought, ‘Why me? Why him?’” — Carla
Carla had done everything she thought she was supposed to do throughout her pregnancy. Having a child with additional needs simply wasn't something she had imagined or prepared herself for.
Family life became busy and stressful, while Carla's own wants and needs moved further and further down the priority list.
A former make-up artist and creative with a strong entrepreneurial streak, she also had a growing sense that there was something more she wanted from her life.
Knowing she needed to go back before moving forward
“I was at a crossroads in my life where I wanted to discover myself again. I had a major disconnect with my body and shoved a lot of emotions way down. It got to the point where I knew I couldn’t move forward because I needed to go back.” — Carla
Carla also felt strongly that she wanted to address what she had been carrying emotionally as part of taking greater care of herself and her health.
“I also did it for my health. I didn’t want anything festering in my body that would show up in some form later in my life. I wanted to be clean and healthy within.” — Carla
Carla had been following my work on social media and eventually decided to make the investment in herself and her future.
We worked together through a series of private online sessions, exploring her childhood experiences as a Jehovah’s Witness alongside deeply personal events from other stages of her life.
Through the Release Process®, Carla began processing the emotions she associated with those experiences rather than continuing to push them down.
Discovering what she wanted next
Our work also began opening conversations about purpose, identity and what Carla actually wanted her life to look like.
That growing clarity gave her the confidence to make some significant decisions, including starting a new business as a Human Design guide.
“When I started working with Jin, I began to think clearer about what I wanted to do with my career and Jin helped launch me into it and showed me the way.” — Carla
One of Carla's biggest realisations was how often she lived in her head, tried to manage everything herself and found it difficult to simply trust.
“My biggest breakthrough was that I learned I am in my head a lot and need to let go, not micromanage and just trust people. Having that emotional release really helped me to be able to do this.” — Carla
Less reactive. More honest. More herself.
Carla also began noticing changes in her relationships and in the way she responded when difficult situations arose.
“I am not so reactive, and I am definitely more honest after working with Jin. I am conscious not to always ‘people-please’ and I can articulate my thoughts without feeling resentful.” — Carla
Rather than continually putting herself last, Carla began reconnecting with her own needs, desires and direction.
Looking back, she describes the difference simply:
“I look at everything with much more appreciation now. If I hadn’t worked with Jin I would still be on the couch, feeling resentful and possibly jealous of other people and seeing their progress. I was surviving before but now I’m really thriving, with an exciting new career.” — Carla
Looking beneath recurring symptoms and discovering what she hadn't realised she was carrying.
Amy Griffith is a New York Broadway-dancer-turned-yoga-teacher who, from the outside, looked like she had it all. Outgoing and a devoted mum to four children, including twins, life was full and busy.
Yet there was something persistent happening in her body that was beginning to affect her confidence, happiness and ability to move forward.
In 2019, Amy began experiencing recurring skin problems, with rash-like flare-ups appearing across her body and face, from her arms to her eyelids.
She explored a number of approaches. Cortisone hadn't resolved the problem. Conventional treatments hadn't provided the answer she was looking for. Ayurvedic consultations had helped to a point, but the flare-ups continued.
Even Amy's husband, an emergency department doctor, was unsure what was driving the recurring symptoms.
As a yoga instructor and former dancer, Amy was accustomed to taking care of her body. She had already considered her diet, skincare and other potential contributors, but she couldn't shake the feeling that there might be something else worth exploring.
Looking beyond the surface
Amy and I met through an online health summit where I was speaking about emotions, the body and some of the patterns I had observed in my work.
From there, we began working together privately over three months.
Rather than looking only at the skin itself, we explored the emotional experiences and patterns Amy felt she had carried through different stages of her life.
“It was amazing to me that I had so many emotional blockages and things that I really needed to process and heal from. I thought I was okay as I'm very much a ‘go-with-the-flow’ type person. But there was a lot I needed to address and work through and learn about myself.” — Amy
That realisation surprised Amy.
She hadn't considered herself someone carrying a huge amount emotionally. Yet as we explored particular experiences, she began recognising things she had moved through intellectually without necessarily giving herself the opportunity to fully process how they had felt.
Revisiting experiences she thought were behind her
Part of our work included exploring significant experiences from Amy's earlier life, including her parents' divorce.
The Release Process® gave Amy a way to return to experiences like these, identify what was still present for her emotionally and allow herself to process what arose.
“I hadn't done anything like this before. But it was so powerful to talk to a professional who will hold that space for you and help you release it. I'm so very grateful to have found Jin to help me move forward in life.” — Amy
A different relationship with her body
Over the course of our work together, Amy noticed a remarkable change in her skin symptoms. The recurring issues largely resolved, although she says an occasional flare-up can still appear.
Rather than seeing that as something she is powerless against, Amy now describes her skin as something of a personal barometer, a signal that encourages her to pay attention to what is happening in her life and how she is feeling.
She feels clearer and lighter, and no longer experiences the constant itching that had accompanied the rashes.
More importantly, she now has tools she can return to when she notices something beginning to surface.
The changes reached beyond Amy
Amy also noticed that the shifts she was experiencing had an effect on family life.
“My patience with my children is 100 times better. I'm rolling with so much of the usual stuff as a mum.” — Amy
Towards the end of our work together, we also began exploring what might come next for Amy professionally.
Business wasn't the primary reason she came to work with me, but as she created more space within herself, she began developing greater clarity around her ideas and the direction she wanted to take her Exercising Balance business.
“Jin has also helped me to find clarity for my business goals and ideas. She has empowered me with the freedom and the ability to transition into the next phase of my life.” — Amy
What began as a desire to understand a recurring physical symptom became an opportunity for Amy to understand herself more deeply, process experiences she hadn't realised she was still carrying and move into the next stage of her life with greater clarity.
“I used to feel like I had bricks on my chest. Since doing this work, I’ve had a lot of people say that I seem more content, and they love my energy. I feel like things are flowing.”
TRESA SHIRTCLIFFE – NEW ZEALAND
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
"Overall, my life has completely changed. My biggest breakthrough was freeing myself from emotional and defensive reactions. I have lost the need to react in the old ways and discovered an inner sense of calm."
ROBYN KOSKI – SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
From carrying the weight of anxiety to feeling more content, heard and in flow.
Tresa came into this work with a long history of anxiety, particularly around food and her body.
“I used to feel like I had bricks on my chest. I would do some work with a therapist, but that would only take one brick off.” — Tresa
She knew there was deeper inner work she wanted to explore, and from the beginning she had a strong sense that this was different from the approaches she had tried before.
“Within 30 minutes of talking to Jin, there was no going back. I knew it was going to be confronting, but I was ready for it.” — Tresa
One of the biggest differences for Tresa was simply feeling heard.
In the past, she had worked with a range of practitioners, including therapists, doctors and chiropractors, but often came away feeling like no one was really listening to what she was trying to say.
“Previously, whenever I worked with a specialist, a doctor, a chiro, whatever, no one heard what I was trying to say, and they often contradicted each other. But Jin actually listens. She is a one-stop shop.” — Tresa
Through the work, Tresa began to experience a noticeable shift in how she felt within herself and how other people experienced her.
“Since doing this work, I’ve had a lot of people say that I seem more content. In the classes I teach, people now tell me they love my energy. I feel like things are flowing.” — Tresa
For Tresa, the change was not about becoming a different person. It was about feeling more like herself, with less heaviness and more ease in the way she moved through everyday life.
From high achievement and constant reaction to greater calm, clarity and confidence.
High achievement had never been foreign territory for Australian finance broker, health coach and counsellor Robyn Koski.
After spending around 20 years in the corporate world, Robyn had built a successful career advising clients on personal and business investments. At the same time, she felt increasingly drawn towards work that made use of her natural ability to connect with people, leading her towards health coaching, corporate wellness and counselling.
Before launching that next chapter, Robyn knew there was inner work she wanted to do for herself first.
“Before I launched my own health coaching practice I wanted to work through my own emotional issues and chronic stresses that had built up over the past 10–12 years.” — Robyn
Years of corporate pressure had begun taking a toll. Robyn describes a period of yo-yo dieting, drinking more than she wanted to and living in a state where even a business email or text could send her stress levels soaring.
“I had finally come to find myself living in a state where every business email and text would just send my blood pressure sky-high.” — Robyn
She had already been following my work on social media and listening regularly to The Art of Listening to Your Body podcast, but initially she wasn't convinced there would be much I could offer when it came to the business side of her new direction.
“Before working with Jin I already ran a successful business, so to begin with I felt like there wasn’t much I was going to learn with regard to setting up my new practice. But I was wrong.” — Robyn
As we worked together privately, the focus became much broader than simply setting up a new business.
We explored the habits and emotional patterns Robyn had developed through years of high-pressure corporate life, the experiences that had shaped the way she responded to people and situations, and the values she wanted her next chapter to be built around.
Robyn committed fully to the process, even when she knew some of the work would be confronting.
“I remember being nervous for the first three or four sessions, mainly because I suspected what was coming. But I knew I had to do it, and this work has turned out to be one of the best experiences that I've ever been through in my life.” — Robyn
Changing the way she responded
One of the biggest shifts for Robyn was becoming less caught in emotional and defensive reactions, particularly in conversations with her partner and family.
Rather than automatically reacting from old patterns, she began to notice more space between what happened and how she chose to respond.
She also describes developing a greater sense of inner calm and a deeper appreciation for her life after processing emotions she had carried for years.
Over time, Robyn began experiencing more consistent feelings of happiness, enthusiasm and curiosity about what each day might bring.
“One of the best parts of the experience — although I spent most of it crying! — was the Release Process®.” — Robyn
Support through a new chapter
Robyn also valued having someone alongside her who understood what it was like to build businesses, change industries and step into something new.
“My other favourite part was just having Jin be there for me. I don't have many friends in my network who have built businesses and who’ve had the courage to change industries. So having someone to talk to who has done exactly that has been great.” — Robyn
The combination of emotional work, practical support and business coaching helped Robyn approach her new direction with more confidence and greater clarity about how she wanted to show up.
What began as preparation for launching a new practice became a much broader shift in how she related to work, relationships, stress and herself.
"I had a fear of dying due to the trauma I had experienced after my second pregnancy but I gained confidence that I would be okay."
LISA
Lisa was pregnant with her third baby, fearing birth after experiencing a post-partum hemorrhage with her second birth.
“I have a lot more clarity on what I need to do to get back into alignment.”
RUTH CROFT – NEW ZEALAND
Ruth was a long term client from Jin’s osteopathy days, after having to pull out of a major race in 2023 due to health issues she embarked on a 1:1 journey. The following year she came second in the race and in 2025 became the first woman to win all three major UTMB World Series Finals races.
Preparing for birth by processing the fear she was still carrying from the one before.
Lisa came to work with me while preparing for the birth of her third child.
Following the birth of her second child, she had experienced a secondary postpartum haemorrhage at home. The experience had left her carrying significant fear around birth and, in particular, a fear of dying.
Before going into another birth, Lisa knew she wanted to address what she was still carrying from that experience.
“I had a traumatic experience following the birth of my second child, having a secondary postpartum haemorrhage at home. I was seeking her coaching to prepare me for the birth of my third child. I knew I had to address the trauma before going into my next birth.” — Lisa
Feeling hesitant, but choosing to go there
Lisa was understandably hesitant about revisiting an experience that had been so frightening.
She knew the work had the potential to be emotional and confronting, but she also felt ready to explore what was underneath the fear.
“I was hesitant about putting myself through something potentially very emotional and draining, but I trusted that Jin would guide me and support me.” — Lisa
During our sessions, Lisa revisited different parts of her previous birth experience and the emotions she associated with them.
Rather than trying to erase what had happened, the work gave her an opportunity to experience and process what was still present for her, while looking at the events from a different perspective.
“It was confronting and very emotional, but I felt supported and safe whilst experiencing these feelings.” — Lisa
Lisa describes the sessions as difficult at times, but also noticed a shift in how she felt afterwards.
“I found the sessions tough, but then felt stronger and had a renewed energy after each one.” — Lisa
Changing her relationship with the fear
One of the strongest emotions Lisa had been carrying was fear about whether she would be safe during another birth.
Through our work together, she began feeling more confident in her ability to meet those fears when they arose rather than feeling completely controlled by them.
“I had a fear of dying due to the trauma I had experienced after my second pregnancy, but I gained confidence that I will be okay.” — Lisa
The tools Lisa learned during our sessions also became something she could return to independently.
“The experience I had being coached, as well as the skills and techniques Jin used in the sessions, I often use again on myself when those fears arise within me.” — Lisa
Going into her third birth differently
As Lisa approached the birth of her third child, she still understood the importance of working closely with her medical team. What had changed was the level of fear she was carrying into the experience.
She was able to speak openly with her obstetrician about her concerns beforehand so they could plan together for the birth.
“I was able to go into my third birthing experience not as afraid and nervous as I would have been without this support. I was able to talk through my concerns with my obstetrician beforehand so that we could work together for the best outcome possible.” — Lisa
For Lisa, one of the most valuable parts of the process was being guided back through what had happened rather than continuing to avoid it.
“The best part was the guided discovery and talking to each event. It was like I was able to relive it, but change the experience in my mind.” — Lisa
Something she would recommend to others
Looking back on the experience, Lisa says she would recommend this work to people who feel they are carrying the emotional impact of a difficult experience or are struggling with emotions they haven't known how to work through.
“It’s emotional and confronting, but with Jin’s support and guidance, you will be a braver and stronger individual for having done it.” — Lisa
From feeling stuck and out of alignment to speaking her truth with greater confidence.
The financial investment was one of Ruth’s biggest hesitations about beginning 1:1 coaching.
At the time, it felt significant. Yet there was also a part of her that already knew this was the direction she wanted to take.
“Even after my initial call with Jin, I didn't really have lots of questions about what the coaching would entail. I just knew, okay, this is what you're going to do. In the end, it actually felt like a pretty easy decision.” — Ruth
By the time Ruth reached out, she had spent around 16 months dealing with recurring health issues and regularly feeling run down.
A goal race in August 2023 became a turning point. The week before the event, she developed a severe cold sore outbreak that spread across her gums and mouth, leaving her unable to compete.
“That felt like my breaking point.” — Ruth
Until then, Ruth had been trying to supplement her way out of what was happening, but she also had a growing sense that there were emotional patterns worth exploring.
Judgement, confidence, self-worth and whether she was speaking her truth were all becoming increasingly difficult to ignore.
“I felt incredibly stuck and didn't know how I was going to move forward or feel aligned with myself again. That's when I reached out to Jin.” — Ruth
Creating space to actually look at herself
One of the biggest differences for Ruth was having a safe space to talk openly about what was happening without filtering herself for the people closest to her.
“Working with Jin gave me a safe space to talk about absolutely anything. Having someone outside of my close friends and family to talk to was incredibly valuable, and I felt supported throughout the whole process.” — Ruth
For the first time, she was deliberately allocating time to herself to explore her core beliefs, desires and goals rather than simply responding to what everyone else needed from her.
That began changing the way she approached everyday situations.
“When situations came up, I could stop and ask myself, ‘Am I speaking my truth here? Is this actually in alignment with me?’ rather than automatically falling back into my usual patterns.” — Ruth
Revisiting a moment she had carried for years
One of Ruth’s biggest breakthroughs came through the Release Process®.
We worked with a meeting she had long believed marked the beginning of her eating disorder.
Until then, Ruth had carried significant blame towards the people who had been in that room and had viewed the experience through a lens that left her feeling powerless.
As she processed the experience, she began seeing it from another perspective.
“I could recognise that everyone had been doing the best they could and that they had actually been trying to help me.” — Ruth
For Ruth, that shift changed the hold the memory had over her.
“I felt like I could finally let go of the hold that moment had over me. It no longer needed to feel like such a defining point in my life.” — Ruth
Learning to speak her truth
One message appeared repeatedly throughout the months we worked together: Ruth needed to speak her truth.
It surfaced often enough that it became something she could no longer overlook.
“Now, when something happens in everyday life, I find myself asking, ‘Are you speaking your truth?’” — Ruth
Ruth also began noticing how often she had softened or edited what she really wanted to say in order to protect other people from discomfort.
Sometimes that had meant buffering her words. At other times, she would tell small white lies rather than saying what she actually thought.
Over time, she became more confident communicating directly and honestly.
Moving away from always needing the next instruction
Ruth went into coaching expecting that I would tell her exactly what she needed to do each week.
Instead, part of the work became recognising how heavily she had been operating from a driven, action-focused way of being and how little attention she had given to other parts of herself.
She became increasingly aware of her desire to nourish what she describes as her feminine side as well.
That shift was not only conceptual. Ruth began noticing practical changes in everyday habits and behaviours.
“I've stopped biting my nails for the first time in my entire life.” — Ruth
She also began making a greater priority of asking what actually served her rather than automatically doing what served everyone else.
Support beyond the coaching call
One of the aspects Ruth valued most was having support available when something happened between sessions.
“It felt like having Jin in my pocket. If something happened, I could get her feedback or support rather than waiting until our next conversation.” — Ruth
Ruth also enjoyed being introduced to ideas she hadn't previously explored, including Human Design.
As someone who had studied naturopathy, exploring the emotional side of health also expanded the way she thought about her own experiences and the people she worked with.
More clarity about who she wants to be
Ruth describes the 1:1 coaching as another significant period of personal growth.
She now has greater awareness of the patterns and conditioning she wants to change, more clarity about what alignment means for her, and more confidence in recognising when she is slipping back into old ways of responding.
“I know there's still more work for me to do, but I feel excited about my future and what it holds.” — Ruth
"It was truly life changing! I feel as though I have undergone years of therapy in a short window of time. More than this, I have walked away with tools so that I can manage this myself going forwards."

Despite having done lots of previous therapy she still had issues that were constantly coming up again and again. When she learnt how to process her feelings her outlook on life changed significantly.
Feeling more relaxed, connected and less triggered, with tools she could continue using for herself.
Like many people considering private coaching, Emily initially had questions about both the financial investment and whether it was the right time to begin.
“Initially I was worried about the investment as well as if it was the right time.” — Emily
She ultimately decided to step into the work because she wanted to explore both her health and some of the emotional issues that had been coming up in her life.
Going deeper than she expected
Over 12 weeks of working together, Emily began exploring emotions and experiences she had carried for years.
What surprised her was not only how much came up, but how much could shift when she gave herself the space to actually experience and process it.
“It was truly life changing! I feel as though I have undergone years of therapy within the space of 12 weeks.” — Emily
Importantly for Emily, the work wasn't only about what happened during our sessions. She also wanted to leave with something she could continue using independently.
“More than this, I have walked away with tools so that I can manage this myself going forwards.” — Emily
More relaxed. Happier. Less triggered.
As the weeks progressed, Emily began noticing changes in the way she felt and responded in everyday life.
“Generally I am much more relaxed and happier, knowing that I actually can release really old stuck emotions and realising how many I had stored over the years.” — Emily
She also noticed a change in her connection with the people around her and found herself naturally drawn towards practices she had previously struggled to maintain.
“I am much more connected to those around me. I am craving practices like meditation, which previously I really struggled to do, and I am way less triggered by things.” — Emily
Looking beyond what she wanted to release
Towards the end of our time together, the focus expanded beyond the emotions and patterns Emily had been processing and towards what she wanted to create next.
One of her favourite parts was developing a vision for the year ahead.
“I really liked the vision for next year that we did at the end.” — Emily
She also valued something much simpler throughout the experience: having the space to be genuinely heard.
“The heartfelt listening was amazing.” — Emily
Her advice to someone considering the work
Emily's advice is simple. You don't need to know exactly what will come up before you begin, but you do need to be willing to explore what is there.
“You just need to be open minded and willing to do things out of your comfort zone.” — Emily
Discovering that what came through was not always what she expected.
“A big surprise to me was that you can think you know who you are. ‘This is me. This is who I am. This is what I do. This is why I do it.’
Then the same body that contains the same brain and the same mouth is actually giving you something quite different.”
What stood out most for her was allowing the process to unfold rather than trying to control where it went.
“Allowing the process to do what it can, or do what it has the ability to do, is probably the answer to it.”
She found herself accessing thoughts, words and associations she had not been consciously aware of beforehand.
“My brain literally went into places that I didn’t realise that it would go, and things came out of my mouth that were clearly some of the crux of the problem, which I was not cognitively aware of.”
She also describes herself as someone who is naturally analytical and evidence-focused, which made the experience particularly surprising.
“I’m a bullet points, show me the facts, don’t waste my time kind of gal. This is not just woo-woo talkie talkie, ‘let’s do another style of therapy and see how that goes’ kind of palaver.
When you literally give yourself to the process, it works.”

Stories of healing beyond the diagnosis.
These are the experiences of people who have worked with me alongside a cancer diagnosis, exploring the emotional patterns, experiences and messages that may sit beneath what is happening in the body.
FEATURED CLIENT INTERVEW
"My oncologist fired me. I'm all clear. I feel like I am living and no longer fear return."
CYNTHIA MANSFIELD – NEW ZEALAND
At the time Cynthia was a young mum of three including twin girls. She was in remission with Stage 4 Her2 +ve breast cancer and pregnant with her fourth child when we started working together.
From fear and overwhelm to a life that feels deeply her own.
Cynthia is a special lady whose story is truly extraordinary. Her journey has taken her through the emotional trauma of twin pregnancy complications, a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis and the anxiety of another pregnancy, to a life filled with greater purpose, clarity and joy.
Through the Release Process® and later 1:1 MetaCancer work, Cynthia began processing the intensity of what she had lived through and changing the way she related to herself, her relationships and her future.
The backstory
Cynthia’s journey began when the joy of finding out she was pregnant with twins quickly became overshadowed by a diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The rare condition occurs when identical twins share a single placenta, resulting in unequal blood flow.
Surgery to separate the twins carried significant risks, but Cynthia and her husband chose to proceed in the hope of giving both babies the best possible chance.
“We decided we would try surgery because we just wanted to have both of our babies. I had surgery at 17 weeks’ gestation to give both babies a chance at survival.” — Cynthia
Both twins survived the surgery, and Cynthia later delivered her babies naturally in what she describes as an “incredible birth”.
Born prematurely, the twins spent three weeks in NICU. It was a deeply stressful time for Cynthia, who also ended up back in hospital with an infection and later recognised that she had been experiencing panic attacks under the pressure of everything that was happening.
An ongoing blocked milk duct and breast pain eventually prompted Cynthia to have a lump checked. Although she had been reassured that lumps can be common while breastfeeding, she chose to undergo a biopsy.
Cynthia was subsequently diagnosed with HER2-positive Stage 4 breast cancer.
“The doctor just said, ‘It’s HER2-positive and it’s Stage 4, there’s nothing I can do for you and we have to refer you on.’ And that’s when I started to feel it.” — Cynthia
Cynthia focused on survival while trying to maintain a sense of normality for her twins and their older sister, Alexia.
She began chemotherapy in March 2020 and later chose to discontinue after two rounds. Over time, her medical team reported remission, and by July 2021 Cynthia was pregnant with her fourth child.
Time for change
Despite receiving positive news about her cancer status, Cynthia recognised that emotionally she was not okay.
Fear of recurrence had begun to dominate her life, and during her pregnancy she found herself struggling with depression, overwhelm and a sense that she could not fully participate in her own life.
“You would think after finding out you’re in remission you’d be on top of the world. But that’s not what happened to me. I went into this depression. I was in my bed all day crying. I couldn’t care for my children. I was not living my life and I needed help.” — Cynthia
It was at this point that Cynthia connected with me and joined one of my Release groups.
We talked carefully about whether doing deeper emotional work while pregnant felt right for her, and ultimately there was a strong sense on both sides that this was work she wanted to explore.
For Cynthia, that became a turning point.
“I said to Jin, if I don’t do this, I feel like I will have a recurrence. I felt so much fear and knew I needed to get through these emotions.” — Cynthia
Transformative emotional work
The Release Process® gave Cynthia a way to begin processing the enormous emotions she had experienced in such a short period of time.
“It just resonated with me so deeply, the Release Process®. The shifts were incredible. I did releases around my twins, the twin birth that I had, and just the overwhelm. Going through that release, I saw a shift — not just in myself but my relationships.” — Cynthia
Cynthia noticed changes not only in how she felt internally, but also in her relationships with her children, husband and parents.
“By the end of the six weeks, I was feeling amazing. I was able to care for the girls more, and I was feeling happier. Everything had shifted dramatically.” — Cynthia
Empowered birth and new beginnings
Cynthia continued with 1:1 coaching through MetaCancer and later gave birth to a healthy baby boy at home in a birth experience she describes as empowering and deeply positive.
For Cynthia, the work was not about ignoring what had happened medically. It was about changing the way she related to fear, pain, uncertainty and the emotional intensity of her experiences.
“The healing ability of the human body is just so mind-blowing. It’s our minds that can get in the way sometimes.” — Cynthia
Cynthia and her husband, Josh, now have four beautiful children.
The emotional work also helped Cynthia become clearer about what she wanted her life to look like. As she continued listening to the messages that emerged through the Release Process®, she began making decisions that felt more aligned with the life she wanted to create.
Since then, her husband sold his share in the family business, and together they purchased their dream lifestyle block in the South Island of New Zealand.
“Now, we live on this beautiful piece of land, and we’ve started building our home. My last scans mid 2024 were all clear. I feel like now I am living.” — Cynthia
Cynthia’s journey has been one of learning to place herself back inside her own life — to listen to what she needs, make decisions from a more empowered place and stop turning away from herself.
“I learned not to turn away from myself.” — Cynthia
“I needed help to deal with the emotions of anger, frustration and despair following my daughter’s passing.”
ROBIN
Robin has been walking the journey with Stage 4 Ovarian cancer whilst living some of the best years of her life.
“I needed help to deal with the emotions of anger, frustration and despair following my daughter’s passing.”
ROBYN EDELSTON
Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
From what felt heavy to greater clarity, lightness and connection to herself.
“Working with Jin felt less like coaching and more like meeting a skilled tracker on the path.” — Robin
Robin describes our work together as an experience of looking beneath what was immediately visible, towards the habits, emotions and stories she felt were operating underneath.
“There are people who speak about healing, and there are those who can actually see, who notice the subtle movements beneath the surface where our habits, emotions, and stories hide.” — Robin
Going beneath the surface
For Robin, the value of the work was not in being given answers, but in being guided towards what she was ready to see for herself.
“Jin works from that deeper place. She listens with a rare precision, gently guiding you to face what has been waiting in the shadows of the body and spirit.” — Robin
As we worked together, Robin began exploring old experiences and unconscious patterns she felt were still taking up energy in her life.
“In our work together, she helped me recover pieces of my energy that had been tied up in old experiences and unconscious patterns. Nothing was forced. Like a true guide, she simply held the space where awareness could do its work.” — Robin
Reclaiming her own authority
One of the things Robin valued most was that the work wasn't about being rescued or told what to think.
Instead, she experienced it as an invitation to listen more deeply to herself and develop greater trust in her own awareness.
“What I appreciated most was her impeccability. She does not try to rescue or convince. Instead, she stands beside you as you reclaim your own authority and remember how to listen to the intelligence moving through your body and life.” — Robin
Robin describes that process as requiring honesty and a willingness to meet what she may previously have avoided.
“Our sessions felt like stepping onto the path of the warrior, where honesty replaces avoidance and awareness dissolves what no longer serves.” — Robin
Clearer, lighter and more connected
As the work unfolded, Robin noticed a change in the way she carried what had previously felt heavy.
“With Jin’s steady presence, what once felt heavy began to loosen and fall away.” — Robin
What she ultimately took from the experience was not simply a series of coaching sessions, but a different relationship with herself and the way she moved forward.
“I walked away from our work clearer, lighter, and more connected to intent. For anyone willing to meet themselves with courage, Jin is a powerful ally on the path.” — Robin
Finding a way to experience and work with her emotions following the loss of her daughter.
Robyn reached out following the passing of her daughter. She was experiencing anger, frustration and despair and wanted support in understanding how to work with what she was feeling.
“I contacted Jin to see if she could help me deal with the emotions of anger, frustration and despair following my daughter’s passing.” — Robyn
A different experience of emotional work
Robyn had experienced counselling before, but she wasn't sure what to expect from working together.
As the sessions progressed, that uncertainty began to change.
“Once we got started, I was soon looking forward to my sessions with Jin and doing my ‘homework’.” — Robyn
Rather than trying to move away from the emotions that were arising, the work gave Robyn space to recognise them, experience them and learn how to work with them.
“I learnt a lot about myself and how to deal with my emotions. Jin was able to quietly draw out my emotions, allow me to experience them and help me deal with them appropriately.” — Robyn
"I needed to hit the 'reset button'. The moment I released the emotion my world came into focus. I can let go of the fear of disease returning."

Susan shares how working with Jin helped her navigate a cancer diagnosis, process deep emotions and create a new relationship with her health and life.
From expecting nothing to change to feeling excited about her life again.
Before beginning 1:1 coaching, she wasn't sure whether she would be able to fully open up.
“I thought I’d hide certain things or find it hard to be vulnerable. I also told myself that there was no way it would make any difference, and I’d complete the coaching and feel, behave and think the same as I did before.”
She wanted to change some of the thought patterns and beliefs that had become part of everyday life. In particular, she was aware of how consuming negativity towards herself and others could become.
“I needed to hit a ‘reset button’ but I didn’t know how. I wanted to learn tools to do so, to free me from the downward spiral.”
Finding it easier to open up than she expected
One of her first surprises was how quickly she felt comfortable talking openly.
“I never anticipated that I would so quickly feel that I could completely trust Jin. I opened up and told her things I had never told anyone else. She made it easy to show vulnerabilities and there was never any judgement.”
As we worked together, emotions and experiences began surfacing that she hadn't expected.
Some were things she already knew had affected her. Others were experiences she hadn't realised were still influencing the way she thought, felt and responded.
“The moment I realised this and released the emotion, it was like the world came into focus for me. I saw what I wanted and what I needed to do to get it. I felt liberated.”
Feeling differently in everyday life
Learning how to process her emotions gave her a way of working with the things that had previously felt as though they were holding her back.
“I felt free, happy and excited for my future. These were feelings I hadn’t felt in years.”
One of the biggest changes was her ability to feel happy in the present rather than always looking ahead or feeling caught in what had already happened.
“It was a breakthrough for me to be happy in the present. To be able to enjoy each day again and the small things that make up each day.”
She also began noticing changes in her relationships and the way she communicated.
“Communication with my husband has greatly improved and our relationship has really benefited. We are happy together and best friends once again.”
She describes feeling more confident about her future, enjoying her work and noticing that the people around her could see a difference too.
“People also comment that I glow, have a great energy and seem happy. Which I am.”
The Release Process®
The emotional release work became one of the most significant parts of the experience for her.
“Although this work was challenging and exhausting, this process had a huge effect on me. It all made sense and I felt like a huge weight was off my shoulders after each session.”
Just as importantly, she finished the coaching with tools she could continue returning to when difficult emotions or fears arose.
“I can let go of the fear of disease returning. I have the tools to help myself through challenging periods. I know they will still arise, but I am better equipped to deal with them.”
Looking forward
She doesn't see the end of coaching as the end of the work. Instead, she describes having greater awareness of herself and knowing how important it is to continue making space for her own emotional processing.
“I feel excited for my future. I know I need to keep working on myself, this is so important. But I know that good things will continue to come.”
Her advice to someone considering private coaching is to first recognise whether they genuinely want something to change.
“Jin is one of the most special people that have come into my life and I will miss our sessions greatly. She has changed my life. I couldn’t recommend coaching with her more.”
“Trust and believe and good things will come.”
“I'm all clear. And credit this to the emotional work I did with you.”

From panic and fear following a cervical cancer diagnosis to continuing to receive clear check-ups.
I first met this client in 2021 after what had felt like an unrelenting sequence of difficult news.
She had initially been diagnosed with high-grade cell changes to her cervix. This progressed to precancerous cells and then cervical cancer, ultimately leading to extensive surgery and a hysterectomy.
“The bad news seemed to never end, and I believed in my body and knew I had to try something else.”
Understandably, there was an enormous amount of fear surrounding what had happened and what might come next.
“I was in full panic mode, thinking the worst. I’m too young to die of cancer. What if it progresses aggressively? What part of my body will they take next? I was suffocating!”
Searching for what else she could do
Alongside her medical treatment, she began looking into other approaches and ways of supporting herself through what she was experiencing.
“I looked into heaps of options. I tried an alkaline diet, investigated crystal energy healing, craniosacral therapies, natural therapists all around the country, but I really wanted to work with Jin.”
One month after surgery, she learnt and began using the Release Process® as a way of exploring and processing the emotional experiences that were present for her.
Six months later
Six months after her surgery, she received the news she had been hoping for: her follow-up was clear.
She personally credits the emotional work and the Release Process® as an important part of her experience during this period.
Her medical follow-up continued, and as of 2024 she reported that her check-ups remained clear.
“I believed in my body and knew I had to try something else.”

RETREAT ExpERIENCES
What happens when you step away from everyday life?
There is something powerful about leaving the familiar.
My retreats create the space to step outside the patterns and responsibilities of everyday life and experience yourself differently. There is time for deeper conversations, emotional processing when it arises, connection, rest, new experiences and exploring what is calling you next.
These stories come from people who have stepped into that space with me, both here at home in New Zealand and on retreats around the world.
NEW ZEALAND 1:1 RETREATS
Ponies, Pins & Tonic is my most intimate retreat experience. Time together at my home in (20 minutes from Wānaka,) working one-to-one and allowing the experience to unfold around what is present for you.

“I left the retreat with a deeper sense of freedom, clarity, and passion for the work I’m here to create.”
I had already worked deeply with Jin through Release twice and even left my marriage of forty years. My mother passed just before the retreat but I still chose to come and am so grateful I did.
I’ve also been through alcohol rehab three times, yet this retreat was both harder, and far more profound, than any of those experiences.
From the moment I arrived, I felt safe
The land, the dome, looking out to the horses and mountains. It created a sacred space where I could open in ways I never had before.
The experience was powerful and at times intense. I learned to stand my ground, use my voice, and feel my boundaries more clearly while working with the horses.
“Even my body responded. I noticed my posture shift, my cough release, my skin change as I hydrated more deeply.”
The in-person Release Process® took me further than I could have imagined
I detoxed physically and emotionally, but with Jin’s support I felt safe enough to ask for what I needed instead of hiding behind old patterns of weakness or vulnerability.
“The food, the care, not having to cook, and the space to simply receive was life-changing.”
Embracing structure
The most impactful part for me was embracing structure. This is something I had resisted because of old family patterns.
Now, I feel more prepared, more spacious, and more aligned with my soul purpose.
“I left the retreat with a deeper sense of freedom, clarity, and passion for the work I’m here to create.”
If you're considering it...
“This retreat provided a safe and sacred container to explore places in myself I had never felt safe enough to go before. If you’re considering it, know that you are worth it. Do it.”
“Combining the inner work with full-body needling was next-level.”
I’m a professional trail runner training daily and racing up to 100 miles, so my body carries a high load.
When I saw Jin, I was physically depleted after a 100km race and emotionally drained after five weeks hosting family. I’d also had a stubbornly tight adductor that regular massage and other needling hadn’t shifted.
Nothing compares
I first worked with Jin back in 2018 and, honestly, nothing compares.
“I joke that she ‘ruined’ me for anyone else. No one needles like she does.”
This time, combining the inner work with full-body needling was next-level. It wasn’t just treating a spot. It felt like a holistic reset that actually moved what had felt stuck.
The session was intense, in the best way
Immediately after, my nervous system felt buzzy, like too much coffee. By that evening I crashed, and over the next two to three days I had DOMS worse than after an ultra.
Then the shift landed.
“More clarity, more calm, and more bandwidth. The tight adductor finally started to let go.”
The emotional mapping felt incredibly precise
What stood out most was how accurately the emotional themes seemed to connect with what I was experiencing.
Taking on others’ emotions.
Money and my relationship with it.
Femininity, sensuality and letting more pleasure in.
More ease and joy
I’ve lived in my masculine for most of my life. This work helped me explore more ease, joy and space alongside the drive and intensity that has always been such a big part of me.
Compared with other treatments, this demands respect. You clear your schedule, you give your body space to process, and you don’t treat it like a quick one-hour fix.
“The payoff felt bigger and deeper than any isolated treatment I’d had before.”
For athletes and high performers
If you’re an athlete or high performer, my experience was that the work was intense and required recovery time afterwards.
“Expect intensity, temporary soreness, and then give yourself the space to notice what shifts.”

The horses, acupuncture, conversation, coaching and emotional work all become part of the experience, with space to slow down, listen and explore what wants to shift or emerge next.

If you feel drawn to doing the same, there are different ways we can work together, from private 1:1 coaching and MetaCancer to immersive retreat experiences.
