Susan Harrington No evidence of disease story

After a series of ongoing health challenges and a devastating cancer diagnosis, Susan sought out an alternative path to recovery—one that would not only treat her disease but set in motion a profound transformation within her. This is Susan’s incredible journey of release and how her holistic approach to healing ultimately resulted in the best possible outcome.

Susan recognises that a defining moment in her life was the tragic loss of her husband in a car accident. At just 23, she was left widowed and raising three children on her own. Despite this, Susan created a stable and loving environment for herself and her children, and she describes those early years as happy and healthy. However, it was around 15 years ago that a cascade of health issues began to manifest for Susan—shingles, Bell’s palsy, and fibromyalgia, all exacerbated by the stress of work and relationships. Adding to the list was a diagnosis of Graves’ disease in 2015. Susan’s doctor told her she was facing lifelong medication—something she resisted, opting instead to explore dietary changes and holistic remedies with notable success.

“I was told the only way to fix it was to take a tablet, but I knew that was not the way I wanted to go.” – Susan

The gradual improvement in her health solidified Susan’s belief that alternatives to mainstream medication were always worth investigating, or at least as a complement to them. However, Susan was not out of the woods with her other health issues. She struggled with fibromyalgia and the recurrence of shingles was an ongoing source of stress.

It was after she experienced a severe reaction to an ice bath and breath work session that Susan underwent a series of medical tests. Susan was aware of a lump in her breast that had been there for some time, but it had not been reason for concern previously. However, the tests following her reaction to the breath work revealed the  lump now required urgent attention. Despite her hopes that the lump was benign, Susan received the shocking diagnosis of HER2-positive breast cancer. Her oncologist recommended immediate action by shrinking the tumour with Herceptin – a targeted antibody drug – and chemotherapy and then operating, then doing more chemo, more Herceptin and radiotherapy. This intense prognosis prompted Susan to dive into her own research and seek out alternative treatments. It was only early days, but Susan was guided by her belief that she needed to address not only the tumour but her entire body’s wellness.

Discovering holistic healing

Susan’s journey led her to Hope4Cancer, a clinic in Mexico renowned for treating cancer holistically. The clinic focuses on the mind, body, and soul, addressing not only physical symptoms but also emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Hope4Cancer’s philosophy resonated deeply with Susan, who felt that conventional treatments neglected the root causes of her illness. She knew that her past emotional trauma was contributing to the health issues, and she needed to address that.

Her initial three-week stay was an intense schedule of treatments, during which she learned a great deal about her body and the factors affecting her health, including heavy metal toxicity and the psychological impact of past traumas. The treatments at Hope4Cancer included therapies involving detoxification, immunotherapy, nutrition and emotional healing. Susan’s regime also involved supplements and specialist equipment brought home from the clinic.

Back home, Susan faced the challenge of integrating these practices into her daily life. Despite the practical difficulties and strain it put on some relationships, Susan’s resilience shone through.

Six months later, another MRI revealed the tumour had grown, nearly doubling in size. However, Susan’s belief in her holistic healing path remained unshaken despite a lack of support from her oncologist.

Embracing emotional release

It was at this point that Susan got in touch. She wanted to delve deeper into the underlying issues potentially contributing to her illness. With so many of Susan’s family members having experienced cancer, she felt there may have been an unconscious belief that cancer within her family was inevitable. She knew that this was a pattern of thinking that she wanted to break free from. Through my MetaCancer programme of one-on-one guided sessions, I worked with Susan to uncover and release deeply rooted emotional traumas and stressors that had accumulated over the years. I encouraged her to recognise the connection between past experiences and relationships and health ailments like fibromyalgia.

We worked on processing past grief, understanding how emotions are stored in the body, the emotional impact of previous health challenges, and even the psychological scars left from her husband’s passing. Some of the techniques that brought about significant results for Susan were deep emotional release, guided imagery, and developing  healthy strategies to manage stress.

These sessions provided Susan with tools to address her current emotional state and build resilience against future stressors. It was not always easy, but Susan did the work, and this was instrumental in shifting her mental and emotional outlook, which in turn had a significant impact on her physical health.

“Emotionally, it was very tough. I used to fear my appointments with Jin, but it wasn’t long before I started to really look forward to them because it was so powerful.”

The turning point

The emotional release work that Susan and I did proved transformative. Along with the lifestyle changes Susan was making, she felt more vibrant than she had in decades. This physical strength enabled her to begin taking the medication, but on her own terms. Learning to process her emotions had shown Susan she was capable of making decisions that were right for her. Despite her oncologist strongly recommending she do chemotherapy and Herceptin, Susan started taking Herceptin on its own, without chemotherapy.

Susan opted for Herceptin treatment, Susan had an MRI, which revealed a reduction in the size of the tumour. Her oncologist was impressed by the reduction but to Susan’s disappointment, made no enquiry about what other protocols Susan had been undertaking. Susan had achieved a significant reduction in the tumour after choosing to do Herceptin only, despite specialists recommending she do Herceptin alongside chemotherapy.

“I think that’s why I resonated with your work: you teach people the tools to continue helping themselves. There is so much to the work you do, and it’s developing procedures or ways to recognise emotions within your body and then knowing how to deal with them.”

Finding the path to wholeness (and wellness)

It is so wonderful to say that Susan’s dedication to her holistic treatment and our emotional work has paid off. Susan’s most recent CT and PET scans, conducted by her oncologist, gave her the incredible result of “no evidence of disease”. She has achieved what many might have thought impossible: she is cancer-free. Susan still considers herself on a journey, but she now knows that whatever she may have to face in the future, she will do so feeling stronger emotionally and physically. Finding the strength to undertake emotional release has given her the missing link she needed to heal.

“I’m more attuned to my feelings and my body’s signals when I’m going through issues, I’m also more aware of others and how my behaviour affects not just me. I feel more positive about the direction I’m heading, and I’m very grateful for everything I’ve been able to do to heal myself as a whole.”

Robyn Newton healing breast cancer

Robyn had joined the Release group course and went onto receive ongoing coaching in an intimate group container. Six months into working with one another a breast cancer diagnosis was not the news Robyn was expecting to hear when she visited her doctor for a swollen lymph gland. While Robyn’s initial reaction was shock and fear, she also experienced clarity that everything was happening exactly as it should. When most people would ditch the support Robyn knew that she had to continue with the emotional support. This mindset allowed Robyn to embark on emotional healing alongside her physical healing. What she would uncover led to deep emotional and spiritual strength, exactly when she needed it most. The Release Process for Robyn was, as she describes it, ‘life-changing’.

The Background

In 2021, Robyn was diagnosed with HER2-negative breast cancer when doctors found a lump deep in her chest as well as in the lymph node. The seriousness of Robyn’s diagnosis meant her oncologist advised she immediately begin conventional treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

While Robyn went along with what her doctors advised, she also knew that there was more work to be done. While the physical aspects of her illness were being addressed through treatment, she felt that the emotional and spiritual dimension of healing was missing from the process. It was during the early stages of treatment that a series of coincidences would lead Robyn to encounter Jin and embark on what would become the critical element of her healing—emotional release. Robyn knew that to beat the cancer, she would need to address unresolved emotions, doubts, and fear – all of which were creating a toxic environment within her and hindering her healing process.

Assembling her team

Robyn has always adhered to a life of wellness and complementary therapies, so it was no surprise that she brought her very own flavour to the cancer treatment. Throughout her chemotherapy sessions, Robyn brightened the sterile hospital environment bringing crystals, essential oils, and affirmations with her. She assembled a team around her consisting of her family support network and other practitioners in kinesiology, naturopathy, and, of course, Jin. This approach not only helped ease the physical discomfort of chemotherapy but also nurtured her emotional wellbeing and allowed her to face each session free from the burden of fear, anxiety, anger and stress. Robyn’s response to treatment did not go unnoticed. Her oncologist commented on a number of occasions how well Robyn’s liver was handling the immense toxic load of the chemotherapy.

“I remember the first time I used the release process during chemotherapy. It allowed me to see chemotherapy not as an enemy but as a tool working to heal my body.” – Robyn

One of the most profound aspects of Robyn’s journey was her ability to integrate emotional release into her healing process. The Release Process ® became a daily practice that empowered Robyn to confront her emotions around the cancer as well as decades of past stress, relationships, and self-doubt. Committed to the process, Robyn was uncovering layers of emotional baggage that she could now see had unknowingly held her back for years.

The Healing Journey

As Robyn’s treatments progressed, so did her commitment to total mind and body healing. She was learning that releasing old patterns allowed her to open to profound healing on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

One of the big ah-hah moments during Robyn’s emotional work with Jin was understanding the importance of putting herself first. In the past, Robyn had been someone who had pushed hard to do the right thing. She worked hard at her job, was diligent with diet and exercise, she was a prolific people-pleaser. However, through the release process, she could see that much of the way she had been living—supposedly to take care of herself—was coming from a place of fear. It wasn’t grounded in taking care of herself. For Robyn, it was a powerful realisation that release work will always reveal the truth.

“Self-care became my priority. But this time it wasn’t out of obligation but out of a deep love and respect for myself. I learned to listen to my body’s needs and to honour them without guilt or judgement.”

On the right path

While Robyn is still under regular monitoring, her current scans show no cancerous activity. The incredible gift that Robyn has given herself is addressing the emotional dimensions of her illness. And she has done more than heal from cancer she has completely shifted the way she feels about herself. Today, Robyn’s journey continues to evolve, guided by the wisdom gained from her experience with cancer and emotional healing.

Cynthia is a special lady whose story is truly extraordinary. Cynthia’s journey has taken her from the emotional trauma of twin pregnancy complications, followed quickly by a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis and the anxiety of a fourth pregnancy, to a life overflowing with purpose and joy. Cynthia’s resilient spirit guided her through the release process, and as a result, she is now living cancer-free and with purpose.

 The backstory

Cynthia’s journey began when the joy of finding out she was pregnant with twins turned to the heaviness of a diagnosis of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The rare condition occurs when identical twins share a single placenta, resulting in unequal blood flow. Surgery to separate the twins brings with it a 60% chance of both babies surviving and an 85% of one baby surviving.

“We decided we would try surgery because we just wanted to have both of our babies. I had surgery at 17 weeks’ gestation to give both babies a chance at survival.”

Both twins survived the surgery, and Cynthia delivered her babies naturally in what she describes as an “incredible birth.” However, born prematurely, the twins faced challenges and spent three weeks in the NICU. This was a challenging time for Cynthia, who ended up back in hospital with an infection herself, as well as experiencing what she can now identify as panic attacks due to the stress of the situation.

An ongoing issue with a blocked milk duct and some pain prompted Cynthia to get a lump in her breast checked out. Despite everyone telling her that a lump was not unusual for a breastfeeding mother, Cynthia got a biopsy and was delivered the diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer.

“The doctor just said, ‘It’s HER2-positive and it’s Stage 4, there’s nothing I can do for you and we have to refer you on. And that’s when I started to feel it.”

Cynthia remained focused on survival, trying to maintain normalcy for her new twins and their older sister, Alexia. Cynthia began chemotherapy in March 2020. After two rounds she opted to discontinue. Incredibly, by July 2021, she was pregnant with her fourth child. Her resilience saw her beat the cancer and incredibly, fell pregnant.

Time for change

Despite being declared cancer-free, Cynthia recognised that something wasn’t right. The overwhelming fear of a recurrence cast a dark shadow over her, and she struggled through her pregnancy.

“You would think after finding out you’re in remission you’d be on top of the world. But that’s not what happened to me. I went into this depression. I was in my bed all day crying. I couldn’t care for my children. I was not living my life and I needed help.”

At this point, Cynthia connected with Jin and joined one of her Release groups. Despite some initial questions about whether it was a good idea for Cynthia to undertake the deeply powerful process of release while pregnant, both Cynthia and Jin found a connection and knew they wanted to work together.

For Cynthia, meeting Jin was the turning point.

“I said to Jin, if I don’t do this, I feel like I will have a reoccurrence. I felt so much fear and knew I needed to get through these emotions.

Transformative Healing Begins

The Release Process ® enabled Cynthia to process the huge emotions that she had experienced in such a short time.

“It just resonated with me so deeply, the Release Process ®  The shifts were incredible. I did releases around my twins, the twin birth that I had, and just the overwhelm. Going through that release, I saw a shift—not just in myself but my relationships.”

Her relationships with her children, husband and parents deepened and flourished.

“By the end of the six weeks, I was feeling amazing. I was able to care for the girls more, and I was feeling happier. Everything had shifted dramatically.”

Empowered Birth and New Beginnings

Cynthia continued with 1:1 coaching through the MetaCancer program and Cynthia went on to have a healthy baby boy through an empowering, painless home birth. Processing emotions can often help shift the perception of pain, and because pain is a sensation, emotions amplify the sensation.

“The healing ability of the human body is just so mind-blowing. It’s our minds that can get in the way sometimes.”

Cynthia and her husband, Josh, have four beautiful, healthy children. However, Cynthia has taken her healing even further. Listening to the messages she received during the Release Process ®, she has created her ideal life. Since Cynthia’s release work, her husband sold his share in the family business, and they purchased their dream lifestyle block in a beautiful location in the South Island of New Zealand.

“Now, we live on this beautiful piece of land, and we’ve started building our home. My last scans mid 2024 were all clear. I feel like now I am living.”

Cynthia’s journey has allowed her to step back into putting herself first, listening to what she needed to step into a place of feeling empowered and contributing.

“I learned not to turn away from myself.”

“Colourful” is the adjective that Sydneysider Carla Jones uses to describe her eventful life.

From being raised as a Jehovah’s Witness – in an environment she refers to as “a cult” – to raising a beautiful yet challenging special needs child, Carla has battled some deep, dark and uncomfortable emotions.

These intense emotions began to rise to the surface when she experienced postnatal depression after welcoming her second child, an additional-needs son.

“When he was born, I realised that he was going to need my help, and my husband’s help, all of his life. It just sounded way too hard,” she recalls. “I thought, ‘why me? Why him?’ I thought I had done everything by the book during my pregnancy. I never factored in that anyone could have a special needs child.”

Family life was busy, stressful, and Carla had lost her zest for life as her own wants and needs fell further and further down the priority list. A former make-up artist and creative, Carla also had a strong entrepreneurial streak that was being under-utilised and felt there was “something more” she needed to achieve.

“I was at a crossroads in my life where I wanted to discover myself again,” she says. “I had a major disconnect with my body and shoved a lot of emotions way down. It got to the point where I knew I couldn’t move forward because I needed to go back.

“I also did it for my health. I didn’t want anything festering in my body that would show up in some form later in my life. I wanted to be clean and healthy within.”

Carla had been following Jin on social media and decided to make the investment in her health and in her future.

They worked together through a series of one-on-one online sessions, delving into Carla’s childhood as a Jehovah’s Witness and some deeply personal life events, then releasing the emotions attached to them.

Jin also guided Carla in finding her true purpose in life. These discoveries gave Carla the confidence and assurance to make some big decisions, including starting a successful new business as a Human Design guide.

“When I started working with Jin, I began to think clearer about what I wanted to do with my career and Jin helped launch me into it and showed me the way,” she says.

“My biggest breakthrough was that I learned I am in my head a lot and need to let go, not micromanage and just trust people. Having that emotional release really helped me to be able to do this.”

Carla has found her relationships have improved, as has her inner strength.

“I am not so reactive, and I am definitely more honest after working with Jin,” she says. “I am conscious not to always ‘people-please’ and I can articulate my thoughts without feeling resentful.”

“I look at everything with much more appreciation now. If I hadn’t worked with Jin I would still be on the couch, feeling resentful and possibly jealous of other people and seeing their progress. I was surviving before but now I’m really thriving, with an exciting new career.”

"Overall, my life has completely changed. My biggest breakthrough was freeing myself from emotional and defensive reactions. I feel like I have lost the need to react in the old ways and discovered an inner sense of calm."

Achieving high has never been a foreign concept to Australian finance broker, health coach and counsellor Robyn Koski.

A high-flying and respected member of the corporate world for 20 years, Robyn advises clients on their personal and business investments. But she also wanted to harness her natural ability to relate to people by becoming a health coach, corporate wellness advisor and counsellor.

“Before I launched my own health coaching practice I wanted to work through my own emotional issues and chronic stresses that had built up over the past 10-12 years,” she says. “There had been yo-yo dieting and drinking too much (really all the general corporate-curse stuff) and I had finally come to find myself living in a state where every business email and text would just send my blood pressure sky-high.”

Robyn sought out Jin’s help to ensure she was completely open and ready for the challenge of entering a new industry, and to free the stored emotions that were holding her back. She’d been following Jin on social media and was a regular listener of Jin’s The Art Of Listening To Your Body podcast but was unsure of the benefits Jin could bring to her new business.

“Before working with Jin I already ran a successful business so to begin with I felt like there wasn’t much I was going to learn with regard to setting up my new practice,” she recalls. “But I was wrong. The wellness space is very different and the business coaching that we’ve done together really helped and gave me the confidence to get out there and become visible.”

Jin and Robyn worked together through a series of one-on-one online coaching and Robyn committed herself to fully surrendering to the process in order to achieve both her business and personal goals.

They focussed on erasing Robyn’s corporate habits and instead uncovered the life events and emotions that shaped her life, as well as pinpointing her true personal values.

“I remember being nervous for the first three or four sessions, mainly because I suspected what was coming,” she says. “But I knew I had to do it and this work has turned out to be one of the best experiences that I’ve ever been through in my life.”

Robyn says her biggest breakthrough was being able to free herself from emotional and defensive reactions, particularly during conversations with her partner and family members. She also found a sense of inner calm and a true appreciation for her life after releasing some deep-seated emotions. Today, she has continuous feelings of happiness and excitement about what the day will bring.

“One of the best parts of the experience (although I spent most of it crying!) was the release process. My other favourite part was just having Jin be there for me,” she says. “I don’t have many friends in my network that have built businesses and who’ve had the courage to change industries. So having someone to talk to who has done exactly that has been great.”

Dana Lewis

California, USA

video testimonial cover for dr jin ong dana lewis

California-based Dana Lewis was once a busy corporate lawyer in the bustling beachgoer’s paradise of Malibu, California. Around six years ago when she changed careers to become a cognitive energy practitioner, Dana believed this would be the key to finding freedom and flow in her life.

However, this was not the case. As Dana worked in her much-loved field of energy healing, she was dogged by a persistent sacroiliac (SI) joint injury. Despite Dana’s healthy lifestyle, regular yoga practice and an above-average understanding of the mind-body connection, she was unable to shift the frustrating injury.
It impacted many aspects of Dana’s physical well-being and impeded the health of her business and her relationships.

Many years and many visits to specialists would follow. Chiropractors, physiotherapists, and doctors could not help and only suggested unfathomable diagnoses like arthritis and scoliosis.

With no solution in sight, Dana decided to seek the help of an emotional release therapist. But despite her work in this area, the injury persisted and Dana was left wondering what else she had left to release.

“Nobody could tell me what the problem was,” says Dana. “Nobody seemed to understand it, and this led to me developing a lot of fear around the injury.”

“I worried about what this injury meant for my future. Would I be able to continue an active lifestyle, to run and jump with my daughter? And, most worryingly, would I be able to have another child?”

After Dana felt she had exhausted every option, she saw Jin speak at an online event and was compelled to reach out. Dana began coaching sessions with Jin immediately.

Throughout the sessions, Jin shared with Dana a number of physical and emotional techniques. Dana found the verbal dialogue method one of the most powerful of the whole process. With Jin facilitating, Dana verbalised her emotions in their most raw form. She describes her reaction as “somewhat offensive, inappropriate, even unkind” but within Jin’s safe space, Dana was able to let everything go.

“This was very powerful. There were places that I was expecting to go, but there were also places I had no idea we would go,” she says. “I realised later these were the places that I had missed when I was working with other therapists. These were my blind spots. Without working on these areas, I would never have had the breakthroughs which followed.”

Seeing Dana present with an injury as specific as a dysfunction in the left SI joint gave Jin a roadmap of where Dana’s sessions needed to go. This made the experience succinct and precise for Dana and unexpectedly fast.

“Jin was able to target the precise area of emotional storage and release it. She got to the heart of it very quickly.”

Reflecting on her coaching sessions with Jin, Dana can see the many breakthroughs she made. She has been able to begin the physical healing of her SI injury in earnest and has noticed improvements in her mobility and strength. She feels a long way from the fear and uncertainty she once felt.

Like any emotional release work, the physical and the emotional go hand-in-hand.

“Now I feel so much lighter,” she says. “I feel I have fewer negative emotions and my emotional reactions to other people or situations are more tempered. I can have fluid and open-hearted conversations with my husband or mother.”

“In my business I have also been able to make big decisions around investing in the business and moving forward with clarity and confidence.”

As Dana moves towards a more positive and pain-free future, she takes with her the many tools and techniques learnt from Jin. Armed with the powerful verbal dialogue method for emotional releasing and the right muscular exercises for her back, she believes she can now heal her once-immovable injury.

Amy Griffith

Pennsylvania, USA

video testimonial cover for dr jin ong amy griffith

Amy Griffith is a New York Broadway-dancer-turned-yoga-teacher who, from the outside, looked like she had it all. Beautiful, outgoing and a devoted mum to four gorgeous children – including twins – life was full and fun.

But throughout her day-to-day life, there was an unmoving obstacle that was affecting her confidence, her happiness and, ultimately, her path forward.

Amy had developed recurring skin problems in 2019 and she’d been seeking treatment for the rash-like flare-ups on her body and face, from her arms to her eyelids.

Cortisone didn’t work. Conventional treatment didn’t work. Alternative methods, including Ayurvedic consultations helped to a certain point but not completely. Amy’s husband is an emergency department doctor and even he was stumped.

There seemed to be no logical explanation and no cure for Amy’s skin issues.

As a yoga instructor and dancer, Amy was used to taking good care of her body inside and out, therefore her diet and skincare products were not significant contributing factors. But she couldn’t shake the feeling that there was more to it than just the superficial and she was not prepared to resign herself to a life of skin ailments.

Serendipitously, that’s when Amy and Jin met at an online health summit, where Jin spoke about how stored emotions present and what left versus right sided issues meant. Jin and Amy worked together over three months’ one-on-one online coaching sessions, in which Jin peeled back the underlying emotional issues and past life experiences that were contributing to Amy’s skin flare-ups.

“It was amazing to me that I had so many emotional blockages and things that I really needed to process and heal from,” Amy says. “I thought I was okay as I’m very much a ‘go-with-the-flow’ type person. But there was a lot I needed to address and work through and learn about myself.”

Jin pinpointed some key experiences in Amy’s life, including her parents’ divorce from when she was younger, and helped her to address and release the deep unconscious emotions associated with these life experiences.

“I hadn’t done anything like this before,” Amy says. “But it was so powerful to talk to a professional who will hold that space for you and help you release it. I’m so very grateful to have found Jin to help me move forward in life.”

Today, Amy skin issues have changed remarkably. It’s largely resolved, but comes back as a little baromter to reminder her when she’s out of alignment.  When her body does present signs that her skin will flare up, she knows exactly how to calm it down. Her head feels clearer and lighter, her body feels healthier with no itching from the rash, and she feels much more in control of her life.

The benefits of a healthy body and mind have had a positive flow-on effect to her family and her Exercising Balance business, too. We only just got to go into how her business could change. It wasn’t a huge priority for her but she did get ideas on how she can move forwards. Againi as you mentioned below.

“My patience with my children is 100 times better – I’m rolling with so much of the usual stuff as a mum,” she says. “Jin has also helped me to find clarity for my business goals and ideas. She has empowered me with the freedom and the ability to transition into the next phase of my life.”

If you had asked Claus Brewer 12 months ago if he would be working with a cathartic release therapist, he probably would have told you there was no chance.
However, the Auckland-based dad of three is always open to learning and self-development. So, when wife Emily experienced the full effect of Jin Ong’s coaching sessions, Claus was happy to give it a go.

Outwardly, Claus is a successful guy. He works for a global logistics company in a role that sees him responsible for the leasing and selling of warehousing logistics on and offshore. His boys, aged eight, six and four, keep the 42-year-old on his toes when he’s not at work.

Despite many aspects of Claus’ life going well, inwardly, he is challenged by the grief and emotions that still linger from losing his brother when he was 19. Claus’ brother Scotty was just 16 when he passed away from an enlarged heart. While Claus believes his family grieved as best they could at the time, a tragic event such as this can leave lasting wounds that can surface at any time.
After Emily worked through a coaching program with Jin, Claus saw the positive impact it made not only for his wife but the entire family.

“After my wife did the coaching with Jin, I saw how it made us better as a family,” he says. “I thought it was amazing but I didn’t really understand what the process was. So, I thought the best way to understand what Emily was doing was to do the course with Jin myself.”
This all came at the same time as Claus realising he needed to finally address some of his grief. What he thought was in the past began to surface as he saw reminders of his late brother in his young sons.
“I’ve always been open about Scotty, and my boys know about him. Seeing my sons get older and start to look like my brother, with the same mannerisms and characteristics, brought up a lot of emotions for me,” he says. “I realised there was probably a lot I hadn’t dealt with.”

Claus’ willingness to learn and grow allowed him to dive right in and feel the full benefits of Jin’s work. In his job, Claus has undertaken many professional development courses, so he approached the coaching with openness.
It wasn’t long before Claus began to experience breakthroughs. These came in the form of gaining awareness and an understanding of what was going on in his body from an emotional perspective.

“I found I was able to take better control of my day-to-day life. I found an awareness that wasn’t there before,” he says. “Now I have more clarity, more focus and a better understanding of what’s happening with me and why.”

If old emotions rise up, and Claus finds he isn’t sure what’s going on, he knows he can revisit Jin’s process and gain that understanding again. As a logistics professional, Claus appreciated the clear process that Jin’s coaching provided.

“The process that you work through with Jin was something I found to be very effective. If I’m triggered or if something happens, I can easily go back through what Jin has taught me.”

I had a history of anxiety, specifically food and body-related. I used to feel like I had bricks on my chest. I would do some work with a therapist, but that would only take one brick off. I knew there was some deep inner work to do. Within 30 minutes of talking to Jin, there was no going back. I knew it was going to be confronting but I was ready for it. Previously, whenever I worked with a specialist, a doctor, a chiro, whatever, no one heard what I was trying to say, and they often contradicted each other. But Jin actually listens. She is a one-stop shop. Since doing this work, I’ve had a lot of people say that I seem more content. In the classes I teach, people now tell me they love my energy. I feel like things are flowing.

"Despite having done lots of previous therapy I still had issues that were constantly coming up again and again. When I learnt how to process my feelings my outlook on life changed significantly. I feel more sure of my choices and decisions, I feel certain of my future and what I choose it to be. I'm me without that stuff on my shoulders."

A big surprise to me was that you can think you know who you are. “This is, This is me. This is who I am. This is what I do. This is why I do it.”
Then the same body that contains the same brain
and the same mouth is actually giving you something quite different.
Allowing the process to do what it can or do what it has the ability to do is probably the answer to it.
My brain literally went into places that I didn’t realise that it would go, and things came out of my mouth were clearly some of the crux of the problem in which I was not cognitively aware of.
I’m a bullet points, I’m a show me the facts, don’t waste my time, kind of Gal. This is not just woo-woo talkie talkie “let’s do another style of therapy, see how that goes” kind of palaver. When you literally give yourself to the process. It works.

I contacted Jin to see if she could help me deal with the emotions of anger, frustration and despair following my daughter’s passing. I hadone counselling before but was not sure what to expect. Once we got started, I was soon looking forward to my sessions with Jin and doing my ‘homework’. I learnt a lot about myself and how to deal with my emotions. Jin was able to quietly draw out my emotions, allow me to experience them and help me deal with them appropriately.

I realised I was actually masking and stifling my feelings away a lot of the time, like sweeping everything under the rug. this work will definitely stay with me and also my children now.

Aside from releasing some massive long-held emotions and trauma, my lip biting has decreased dramatically, to the point it’s almost non-existent now and I find I’m catching myself as soon as, if not before, it starts. I’m able to bring my awareness to it and connect it to what I’m thinking and feeling at the time. Huge!

I haven’t smoked pot during our time together and don’t plan to anytime soon. In recent years I’ve only been an occasional smoker but doing this work has really brought my awareness to the ‘why’ I smoked when I did. I realised I was actually masking and stifling my feelings away a lot of the time, like sweeping everything under the rug. And also smoking when the kids had gone to bed, to enjoy some ‘me’ time. So coming back to prioritising self-care and alone time for myself. Huge again! It’s amazing. And seems so simple now, just processing our emotions, but our ego/programming/subconscious has us doing otherwise.

Reflecting back I have had so many shifts over our time together and moved some MASSIVE massive stuff. I feel my emotional and body awareness has been heightened to the max, just have to keep that awareness up now. Thank you again, this work will definitely stay with me and also my children now.

I had a fear of dying due to the trauma I had experienced after my second pregnancy but I gained confidence that I will be okay.

I was hesitant about putting myself through something potentially very emotional and draining but I trusted that Jin would guide me and support me. Her background training and expertise is very strong and I trusted this.

I had a traumatic experience following the birth of my second child, having a secondary post partum haemorrhage at home. I was seeking her coaching to prepare me for the birth of my third child. I knew I had to address the trauma before going into my next birth.

It was confronting and very emotional, but I felt supported and safe whilst experiencing these feelings. In some way, it was like revisiting the experience but in a controlled way, where Jin helped me to reframe the emotions, events and experiences in a more positive way so I wasn’t so scared. I found the sessions tough, but then felt stronger and had a renewed energy after each one.

I had a fear of dying due to the trauma I had experienced after my second pregnancy but I gained confidence that I will be okay.

The experience I had being coached as well as the skills and techniques Jin used in the sessions, I often use again on myself when those fears arise within me.

I was able to go into my third birthing experience not as afraid and nervous as I would have been without this support. I was able to talk through my concerns with my obstetrician beforehand so that we could work together for the best outcome possible

The best part was the guided discovery and talking to each event –  like I was able to relive it, but change the experience in my mind.

I would absolutely recommend this work to anyone who has experienced some type of trauma or have difficulties with deep emotions they are having trouble managing in their life.

It’s emotional and confronting, but with Jin’s support and guidance, you will be a braver and stronger individual for having done it.

I needed to hit the 'reset button'. The moment I released the emotion my world came into focus. I can let go of the fear of disease returning.

I was unsure whether I would be able to open up and be fully truthful. I thought I’d hide certain things or find it hard to be vulnerable. I also told myself that there was no way it would make any difference, and I’d complete the coaching and feel/ behave/think the same as I did before. I really didn’t know what to expect.

I was interested in changing my thought patterns and beliefs. The negativity towards myself and others could consume me at times, leading to ill health – stress and disease. I needed to hit a “reset button” but I didn’t know how. I wanted to learn tools to do so, to free me from the downward spiral.

The whole experience was quite unexpected. I never anticipated that I would so quickly feel that I could completely trust Jin. I opened up and told her things I had never told anyone else. She made it easy to show vulnerabilities and there was never any judgement.

I was also amazed at what emotions and situations in my life surfaced. Ones that I knew were troubling me, but other traumas that were deeply buried and I didn’t realise were impacting on my life.

The moment I realised this and released the emotion, it was like the world came into focus for me. I saw what I wanted and what I needed to do to get it. I felt liberated.

Jin has a special way of building this trust to allow you to feel and express emotions that you don’t know exist.
Learning how to process emotions that had been holding me back. I felt free, happy and excited for my future. These were feelings I hadn’t felt in years.

It was a breakthrough for me to be happy in the present. To be able to enjoy each day again and the small things that make up each day. The energy around me changed and felt in charge of my future. Nothing could hold me back.

Communication with my husband has greatly improved and our relationship has really benefited. We are happy together and best friends once again. Things have also fallen into place financially. I’ve made a couple of great investments which I’m so proud of. I feel in control of my future.

I really enjoy the work I’m doing and I feel excited about what’s ahead. Things feel right. People also comment that I glow, have a great energy and seem happy. Which I am.

The release work was most enjoyable. Although this work was challenging and exhausting, this process had a huge effect on me. The results were instant. It all made sense and I felt like a huge weight was off my shoulders after each session.

I feel excited for my future. I know I need to keep working on myself, this is so important. But I know that good things will continue to come. I can get pleasure from both the small accomplishments and the larger ones. I can let go of the fear of disease returning. I have the tools to help myself through challenging periods. I know they will still arise, but I am better equipped to deal with them.

Jin is one of the most special people that have come into my life and I will miss our sessions greatly. She has changed my life. I couldn’t recommend coaching with her more. I think a person needs to be aware that they want change. If they can identify this, then the coaching can help from there.

Trust and believe and good things will come.

It was truly life changing! I feel as though I have undergone years of therapy within the space of 12 weeks and more than this, I have walked away with tools so that I can manage this myself going forwards.

Initially I was worried about the investment as well as if it was the right time.

I wanted to address my health as well as some emotional issues that were coming up.

It was truly life changing! I feel as though I have undergone years of therapy within the space of 12 weeks and more than this I have walked away with tools so that I can manage this myself going forwards.

Generally I am much more relaxed and happier
Knowing that I actually can release really old stuck emotions and realising how many I had stored over the years.

I am much more connected to those around me, I am craving practices like meditation which previously I really struggled to do and I am way less triggered by things.

I really liked the vision for next year that we did at the end.

The heartfelt listening was amazing

You just need to be open minded and willing to do things out of your comfort zone.

Despite having done lots of therapy I still had things come up again and again. When I learned out to process my emotions my outlook on life changed significantly. I feel more sure of my decisions. I feel certain of my future and what I choose it to be. I'm me without the stuff on my shoulders.

Amy Griffith - Erie, Pennsylvania, USA

Quote/Snippet

Amy Griffith is a New York Broadway-dancer-turned-yoga-teacher who, from the outside, looked like she had it all. Beautiful, outgoing and a devoted mum to four gorgeous children – including twins – life was full and fun.

But throughout her day-to-day life, there was an unmoving obstacle that was affecting her confidence, her happiness and, ultimately, her path forward.

Testimonial frame v1 (1)

Today, Amy has her skin issues completely is there another word to say? As It could still be her weakness but she can get ontop of it before it gets out of control like what you’ve said next under control.
